Membership terms.

1. Who you're dealing with

Delta Circle is a trade name. The legal name of the company that provides your membership appears on your checkout receipt and every invoice.

2. Memberships

Benefits are as described on this website on the date you join. We may add benefits at any time and will give 30 days' notice before removing a benefit from a paid membership.

3. Billing and cancellation

Memberships are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. You may cancel anytime; your current period runs to its end and is not prorated. Memberships that include a website carry a three-month minimum. If you cancel inside it, the website is taken down and your domain is transferred to you, and no remaining balance is charged.

4. Weekly lists and advice

Lists are curated by people against the profile you provide. They are not a guarantee that any bid, grant or program exists, suits you or will be won. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting, engineering or financial advice.

5. Project credits

One credit equals $50 of work. Every project is scoped and priced in credits, and agreed in writing before work begins. Credit validity is stated at purchase.

6. Websites

You own your domain and your content. No search ranking is promised.

7. Site reports and partnerships

Site reports are research on public records and client materials, not legal advice, engineering or a survey. Partnership terms, including site report credit and reserved slots, are set out in the partnership agreement.

8. Capacity

Some benefits have limited openings. If a limit is reached, we may place a new member on a waitlist and will not charge for a benefit we cannot start.
