What we collect

What you send us: your name, business, contact details, town, trade and anything you write in a request. For members, the profile you set so we can match lists and build your website. We use basic website analytics to understand which pages are useful.

How we use it

To reply to you, deliver your membership, send the Circle Letter and meeting invitations, and prepare the work you ask for. We don't sell your information.

Who else sees it

Our payment processor handles card payments; we never see or store your card number. Your directory listing is visible to other members and partners only with the details you choose to include.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or unsubscribe from any email, at any time by replying to one of our emails or sending a request.
